    This is the documentation for Enlighten.

    For this tutorial, we'll use the level Tutorial_Second. This is the same level used in previous tutorials, but with all Enlighten settings reset to the default.

    As you work through this tutorial, save your progress regularly (File > Save All).

    1. In the Content Browser, in Enlighten > Maps, open the level Tutorial_Second.

      Unreal Editor opens the level.

      As we haven't run the Enlighten precompute yet, there's no indirect lighting in the level. Everything is either in direct light or total shadow.
      Before we run the precompute, we'll configure the level to best use Enlighten.

    2. Set the View Mode to Unlit. This disables the lighting in the scene. We don't need it for the moment.
